Capture Hours for Multiple Customers, Projects and Tasks
Hours tracked to a task and each task is part of a project for a customer. There are no
limits on the number of customers, projects, or tasks. User time entries consist of resource,
customer, project, task, hours, description, and date. Billing rates are automatically
assigned and are not visible to the users (only administrators). Billing periods can be defined and easily managed.

- Capture Hours for Multiple Customers, Projects and Tasks:
Hours tracked to a task and each task is part of a project for a customer.
There are no limits on the number of customers, projects, or tasks. User time entries
consist of resource, customer, project, task, hours, description, and date. Billing rates
are automatically assigned and are not visible to the users (only administrators).
- Assign Billing Rates:
Billing rates can be defined at the global level or specific to customer,
project, task, or resource (employee). This allows you to customize your billing rates
for any combination of TimeTrak objects.
- Define Billing Periods:
Billing periods can be defined over any date ranges, such as: weekly,
bi-weekly, or monthly. Plus each billing period is defined using a status of:
pending, open, locked or closed.
- Reports and Exports:
All data can be exported to a CSV file for any range of time sheet entries. The following reports are provided:
Time Check Report, Project Status Report, and Billable Activity Drilldown.
- Security:
PDSA TimeTrak supports Active Directory or Forms Authentication,
including 50+ security and auditing features. Every change to data in
the system is tracked in audit tables. Additionally, administrators can manage users,
define customers/project/tasks, rates, billing periods, menus, roles and permissions.
- Role Based Users:
Users are assigned roles that allow each user to access only those
features to which they have permission. The initial roles are: executive,
project manager, office manager, and employee.
